Do The Safety Dance! Yeah I sampled dat bit! big whoop wanna fight about it? lol

I originally sampled this song about 4 years ago when I first started making beats and it didn't turn out very well... So yesterday I was just messing around working on stuff and I was like hey, I remember this song, and I tried sampling it and turns out I kinda like it.  And in my recent move towards more transparency in my music making process I have documented it, so here we go :]
